Potty Training, I need a Dummies Book (or you guys to help me!)

My son is almost 20 months old and I honestly don't feel like he's that "ready" for potty training BUT I signed him up for a Montessori and the only requirement is that the child is potty trained.  My husband is also off of work for the summer so I would have help to train him.  I have no idea how to start, where to start and what to do... help?!

(any books you've found helpful too)

If he is not ready, you can use all the books you want, but it probably won't do any good until he is ready.

Try going completely diaper-less for a few days and see how that goes or have you heard of the potty sense program? https://www.pottysense.net
