bedtime aint happening

So little one is almost 14 months..she fights bedtime where she will scream and cry and hyperventalate for over half hour till we pick her back up then she's running around playing again. She gets one nap a day usually for 2 hours so we know she's tirsd at night..yet she will not go down without a fight. Advice please????

Do you have a routine? My boys have dinner, bath, book, and bedtime. It gives them a chance to calm down a little before getting into bed.

I have the same problem a couple nights a week. Usually the culprit is either I let her get over tired, I drank to much caffeine after lunch (still breasted) or she is too hot.

 If this started at the same time as the hot weather I would try a cool bath before bed and make sure you don't let LO get over tired. 

 HTH
