Random Ramblings - Out before the 2WW has begun

I feel like I?m out before I?ve even begun the 2WW which is kind of depressing.  I think I finally have entered my second 2WW after 29 days I think my cross hairs will probably come on Saturday based on OPK?s, CM and the temp spike I got this morning.  I know I?m jumping to a lot of conclusions based on 1 temp spike here. 

 

DH and I work opposite shifts he works swings and I work days so we don?t get a lot of time during the week for sexy time since we don?t see each other except in passing and normally one of us is asleep.  Which means that our TTC journey may be even harder and longer.  We haven?t had sexy time since Monday which would be +2 if I did in fact O yesterday though I had weird cramping on Tuesday.  Who knows.  Thanks for listening to my random ramblings and letting me get this out of my system.  My BFF will start to think I?m crazy again this cycle if I talk to her about this stuff.

    Sadly, that's the reality for a lot of us. MH travels Mon-Fri most weeks. Some months we're luckier than others with the timing.

    If you do get CHs, you're definitely still in the game. I've seen BFPs with +2, +3, or even +4 sex. It only takes once!

    Have sex one or two days before actually gives you better odds than the day of.

    It is so frustrating to feel like your timing wasn't right.  With all the other factors at play in TTC, it sucks when the one thing you might really having control over isn't perfect.  My DH is a firefighter, works 24 hour shifts, and I work 12h days.  It's really common that either he is working or I am just exhausted after running around at work all day.  I just bought some digital OPKs to try to help us next cycle. 

     And I agree that 2 days before O is pretty good timing!  Good luck!

    We are kind of in the same boat. Mid-December was my first time off birth control and our timing was not good at all last month and this month is worse. It's just not going to happen for us this month I think.
