I am 6w1d and I am feeling terrible. I feel nausea, cramps and exhausted all day. When I start feeling hungry instead of the normal hunger pains I just feel sick. I don't want to eat anything because all food sounds gross. I feel as this is getting worse everyday. Since this is my first pregnancy I just don't know what to do. I try to eat normal so my baby gets all it needs but it's just hard to eat anything. Any advice would be great!
It's best to eat small frequent meals/snacks rather then large ones. That will help keep nausea at bay...also I have meal replacement shakes that I have when no food sounds appealing. It provides the proper proportion of carbs and protein and helps a lot. These are the shakes I drink https://www.advocare.com/13033940/Store/ItemDetail.aspx?itemCode=T1361&id=A&flavor=a
I agree with Angela. Eating a few small meals throughout the day is more helpful than just eating 3 meals a day. I have been feeling the exact same way and I have to eat every 2 hours! I hope that you are feeling better!
Those cramps are killing me... I'm just starting to feel naucious so can't help you there. I've heard ginger is good for nausea, like in tea or something. Good luck and it's for a hood cause!!!
This is how I felt my whole pregnancy with my second. I found that I had to force myself to eat something bland like bread first and it would settle my stomach and then I could eat. Also, eat something small every few hours.
