At my u/s today, the lenght varied between 3.6 and 3.8 and didn't change when she applied pressure. She said antyhing over 3 is good but doesn't that seem a little short or is it ok? I've seen some people say theirs is like 5 cm but most people are closer to 4 right?

mine was always in that range, and the doctors loved to remark on my "cervix of steel". so, i think you're doing okay. esp since it doesn't change with pressure applied.
