Amateur Weaning Question

The boys have been 100% weaned for about 6-7 weeks. I can definitely see the effects of weaning on my breasts (insert VERY sad face) and I no longer feel the sensation of let down or clogged ducts (my nemesis!!). However, my breasts will sometimes look as if I've had a let down in the shower. It's that look of fullness around my nipple...does that even make sense? If I squeeze, I do have milk. It doesn't spray like it used to, but it is definitely there and comes out easily. When will this go away? Do you think I'm in the clear for bra shopping with a little milk in there? 

Sorry for the newbie weaning question. I'm just eager to get some bras that fit .

It varies for everyone...some get that for a few weeks, others a few months.  I'd say you are safe for bra shopping though as long as you aren't getting that overall heaviness.

My friends little boy is 3 and she still gets milk if she squeezes and weaned before he was 1, but I don't remember exactly when.
I think you would be fine to bra shop based on her experience but haven't been there yet myself.
