Face Rash

I noticed this morning that J has a fine rash on the side of his face. He is a bit fussy too but no fever. He is an early teether and has one bump where a tooth seems to be coming in. Could this be teething, or should I call the ped?

It could be anything. Reaction to a change in lotion, soap, laundry detergent. I would keep an eye on it, and if it doesn't go away in the next couple of days, call the pedi. Bum rashes usually come with teething, but it could be a factor.

If its not bugging him and he has no fever I'd say hold off on the call though.

DS gets a little rash on his cheeks from teething. Coconut oil clears it up within a couple hours, usually.
