Help! anyone taking Citra Natal B-calm vitamins????

So confused.... Went to doctor appointment today and was given samples of citra natal b-calm vitamins in hopes to relieve some nausea that I'm having. But the directions say take every 8hours starting with tablet 1 and there's 3 tablets. How am I supposed to take 3 daily tablets every 8 hours??? I go to bed at night at a normal time. Of course everything I find online doesn't explain anything I need to know and its the weekend, so can't speak to my Dr office til Monday. Anybody know how I should be taking these????

Um, that sounds crazy!  I personally would opt for a one-per-day vitamin.  I think I have heard that some people have luck relieving nausea with Vitamin B6 supplements.
