LO is 9 months old - doesn't really crawl that great and we go for walks around the neighborhood a lot and swing the backyard swing and play in the house - other than going for walks at Parks and running errands to the grocery store & Target - what do you do with your LO? We usually only have an hour or two between naps to do things.
Re: Places to Go
I take my DD to swim lessons once a week and Little Gym twice a week. We also try to have a play date with our buddies from swim or gym once a week. Sometimes I take her to baby-time at our local library. Our library also offers culture passes for local museums, we are on the prowl for one for the Children's Museum (very coveted). I also take her to lunch once a week, either with just the two of us or we meet friends. I'm lucky she is a good girl at restuarants.
A nearby mall has a great baby/toddler play area and we've tried that but I get worried that the walking odd leers will plow her over. I've also taken her o the splash pads at outdoor malls and the park.
Adding to the great suggestions above:
we receive a Radio Flyer tryke and have been pushing DD around on that since she was 10 months. What I love about it is that it lasts for 3-4 years before they move on to a 2-wheel.
