The word "Patronize" has 3 different meanings and pronounced three different ways, but people only pronounce one way. This is one of the reason's it's so hard for a non-English speaking person to learn proper English, but when someone pronounces it wrong it drive me NUTS.

If I read the word Often, I pronounce the T, but, if I say it out loud I don't. Weird huh.
