DD gets the same way. She's super picky and will hardly eat anything while she is teething. But then as soon as she's feeling better she sure makes up for what she missed out on. Yesterday for breakfast she ate a whole berry muffin, a whole sausage link & almost an entire single serve applesauce container. Plus 8oz of milk.
That's funny about what your DH thinks. I always thought boys were bigger eaters than girls. Maybe I am wrong on that though.
Wow she can put it down too Well DH thought that boys were cheaper because of girls when they get older and dresses, accessories etc. But I think DS will definitely make up for it with food
Same here! Alex definitely has favorites. When I make swai fish, he eats a whole fillet and then some of mine, too. But he doesn't like any other fish. And that boy can eat hot dogs, oh man!
Colin goes through phases too where he'll eat everything in sight and then some days wants nothing to do with foods he loves.
DD is such a picky eater and doesn't each much at all!!!
However, I have a 22 year SS and when he was 16 oh my gosh - we spent so much money on food. He'd have a bunch of buddies over and the kids would go through like 5 pizzas! It was insane! Not so sure that boys are cheaper
So jealous of all of you! DS eats just fine at daycare... he had a piece of rotisserie (sp?) chicken in his hand when I picked him up yesterday. (which reminds me.. I gotta check my backseat for that...) He eats blueberries, tuna & tyurkey sandsiches, & plenty of fruits while at daycare.
At home he refuses to eat anything I give him unless it is dry cereal, goldfish crackers, pizza or chicken nuggets. Things he used to eat, he now totally refuses for me!
