DH actually showed me this the other day and said "isnt that crazy? thats what it looks like inside your belly!" lol. it is pretty cool!

That's actually considered good luck in some cultures. My friends third child was born this way though it was a tub birth and kind of hard to tell. I'd be all for that because contractions sucked after my water broke vs. how it was before. It's like a cushion proctecting your pelvice.

My really good friends little guy was born en caul. He was a month early and came out very quickly.

Great picture! I've heard of this before but have yet to see it IRL. I teared up a little when I read that this was the inspiration for Jessica Alba's daughter Haven's name. So neat and beautiful!
