Alright ya'll throw me some ideas. I apparently slept wrong last night and oh is my neck killing me. I've tried heat, massage, stretching, and took some Tylenol, anything I can try that I haven't thought of? I can't even move my head to the right at all.

    Vicodin fixes anything. 

    Maybe one of those medicated heat patches, or some bengay type cream?
