WDYT: Dawson

I just suggested the name Dawson (means 'son of David') in a previous post. And just realized that we could use this name in honor of DH's dad, David. The name David shows up on my side of the family, too.

Which do you prefer?

1. Benjamin David W---- (Our top boy name)

2. Dawson MiddleName W---- (Is it too country?)

Note: Our last name is one-syllable and rhymes with Bourne.

I really like the idea of Dawson for you, but I think I still prefer Benjamin.

FWIW, Dawson doesn't sound particularly country to my ear.

LOL. I've never actually watched the show, but I was aware of it. Yeah, I think that we'll stick with Benjamin. DH probably wouldn't go for Dawson anyway!
