First summer since 2008 that I am not KU or BF...

Crazy, right?!  DH and I were talking about this last night and I think it is so insane!  Anyone feel like drinking multiple margaritas with me this summer?

I may or may not have been drinking a Stoli Raspberry and Sprite with a little bit of Malibu thrown in the other night while the kids were outside Slip N Sliding. MHs hours have sucked and I feel like I've been either at work or alone with the kids for like 2 weeks, I needed a drink! Thank God for neighbors because if E couldn't be out there running around with them and they couldn't watch him for a second when I need to do something for Lo I would have gone crazy.

This is my 1st summer since 2009 that I can drink. I am so freakin' excited!! Last year L was so sick and we were running all over the place for him that we had no energy to even think about drinking. 

This summer we're making up for everything! Can't wait.

I'll be BFing, but I can have a magarita.  I'll just pump before and get MH to feed. 

I am looking forward to summer 2014 for this same reason.  Summer 2010 was my last "free" summer.

I am not even really a drinker but I am excited that I can if i want to without worrying about it. That and I can wear all my summer dresses and clothes that either didn't fit or weren't BFing friendly. It is the little things that excite me!

I think this is exactly how I'm going to feel. . .in about 2 years.  Assuming I'm not KU with #3 by then. . .

I wore a real (ie. non-nursing) bra the other night for a work event and was amazed by how much better my boobs looked.  So now I'm hoping that I can start wearing them more (Lily's down to 1 or 2 times a day, usually just in the morning) this summer before I'm back to living in nursing clothing with the new baby.

That's so funny bc I'm in the same (yet opposite) boat.  5yrs for me in August of one or the other, I'm so jealous of you! .  My DD is still a nursing champ, so I have no doubt she'll BF 'til at least her 2nd bday.
