I'm 31 weeks today, and other than heartburn and an unpredictable stomach at times I'm physically feeling pretty good still. No swelling or back pain yet. I've gained between 25 and 30 lbs and I am on my feet for work 6 to 7 hours a day. I'm wondering how far along everyone is and how they are feeling physically? Partially just to know what to expect in the coming weeks and to see how much longer I can last at work as I haven't decided what my official last day of work will be. I'm due July 25th and would like to be able to work through most of, or all of June if possible.

Re: How is everyone feeling?
It would be nice to feel better and have more energy. For the last few days the BH contractions have been very uncomfortable and quite frequent. I spend a lot of time lying down and resting, can't do too much at a time. I go in for non-stress tests weekly and I tell the doctor how I am feeling and any concerns I may have. The LO and I are doing well and I am doing what I am supposed to be doing and the doctor has no concerns.I am hoping I get that burst of energy or nesting soon, still have things to get done before she gets here!

I'm feeling good for the most part. 35w4d and I've gained 28 pounds - 6 of those in the last 3 weeks or so. I'm still not feeling super hungry, but trying to stay away from too much sugar and keeping salt down to a minimum.
My feet have been swelling at the end of the day, but it was actually worse last week and better this week (see: avoiding salt). I go to the bathroom about 393932 times each night which makes deep sleeping hard. I've also had trouble staying on my side so I wake up with numb legs and short breathed a few times a night. My doctor says as long as I keep waking up it's fine :P I also just have a hard time falling back to sleep and will have stretches of insomnia that last 1/2 of the night. I've been taking Benadryl about 3x/week on nights when I REALLY need to sleep just so I'm not a total zombie. Without it I'd guess I get about 3-4 hours of sleep a night.
I take Zantac to help with heartburn but still have to dig into the Tums once or twice a day. Back has started hurting quite a bit in the last few days -- especially up near my ribs. I used to have sciatica but it magically (!) went away a few months before I got pregnant and hasn't returned. It's novel to have back pain in my upper back. Taking a bath at night in epsom salts helps a lot.
BH contractions a few times a day - usually when I overdo it or haven't had enough water. They go away when I drink water and lie down on my left side for 20 minutes or so. If the next 4-6 week stay in this vein, I'll be a happy camper!
