I'm bored! DH is farming and the girls are in bed. They rode in the tractor for the first time today! They loved it. What'd you all do today?

Such a cute picture, love the hats.  I went to a new members brunch for my local mom's of multiples group early this afternoon.  It was so much fun, I just adore this group of women who get my life, and midday mimosas on a Saturday is such a fun splurge these days.  My boys just went to bed and DH is working late too.

 Took B to a family birthday party at my IL's.  He played and played and played and then refused to take a nap so he was up  from 2 to 8 when he melted down.  Fun times

You got it right, sister! Six hours is a loooong time and I'll bet that was quite a meltdown! I've been there, haha!

What kind of farming does your DH do?? I would love to at least grow my own veggies for baby food but my yard just gets too much sun, it kills everything except tomatoes.

He farms corn, soybeans and wheat.

Candace, you could totally grow an awesome garden with full sun! Sweet potatoes are sort of fun and easy to grow. They love warm soil and full sun!

Even hot freakin Louisiana soil and sun?! I guess I just thought everything needed some amount of shade occasionally. And HOLY CRAP ship some corn in this direction. Just slap a shipping label on a few ears and address it to the Armpit of America and it will get here!!
