On occasion when my husband goes to feed LO my expressed milk, nothing come out. Does anyone else have this issue? I'm trying to figure out where the problem is coming from and think it might be the nipple.
I noticed the same thing. I marked the nipple and tried it a couple of times just to make sure LO wasn't just tired and not trying as hard. The hole was definitely smaller. I still have it for some silly reason but do not use it. Is it several nipples or just one that keeps getting thrown in the mix?
I've actually had the opposite issue. If you look under the "lip" of the nipple (i'm not sure what else to call it), you'll see it say something like "Dr. Brown's level 1" or whatever level that nipple is. You may need to upgrade the nipple size. I'm not sure if it tells you on the box (I missed that note if it does say something about level). The lower the level, the slower the milk will come out.
I had the same issue, and after a few washings where I used my finger to force hot water quickly through the nipple, it seemed to open it up a little more. Might be worth a shot before buying a faster flow, which could be too much.

I do this every time I wash them and since I haven't had a problem and I'm even using preemie size
