Pediatrician Recommendations - Monmouth County

I'm a third time mom, but there will be 18 years between my middle child and the new baby.  Also, we've just moved from Ocean County to Monmouth County.  So, I'm looking for a good pediatrician in the Ocean Township, Tinton Falls, or Neptune area. Any suggestions (even warnings about which doctors/practices to steer clear of) are appreciated.
