Monday is going to suck

Because I go back to work : with dd1 my Mom watched her, but with dd2 I have to take her to daycare. I know it's a great daycare, I'm not worried about that, I'm just going to miss my little one so much. Pity party over

I go back Monday too.    Trying to enjoy my Mother's Day weekend and not think about it!

I just want to say that I'm amazed at how all you hard working mamas do it all! I'n canada we get a year off and some people complain but to live in the US and only get 6 weeks or whatever it is my heart goes out to you. You are heroes and I hope you all have easy transitions back to work!

I went back to work 3 weeks ago, when LO was 6 weeks....a bit of advice for the first week, give yourself extra time to say goodbye to LO at daycare, and bring tissues because the tears will run....might even be wise not to put on mascara that first week.(I don't wear it so I'm only guessing there).

I expected the first day to be hard, but the whole first week was hard.
