Cloth Diapering

Opinions on Alvababy 4 layer bamboo and microfiber inserts?

I have been building up my cloth diaper stash for about 6 months now (before I was even pregnant) and I am almost done but I would like to get some more inserts so if I need to double up for absorbency, I will be good to go.

Does anyone have any experience with the alvababy 4 layer bamboo and microfiber inserts? I can get 20 of them for about $40 and thought that was a good deal. (Is it a good deal? lol)

I would be using them in BG 4.0, FB Elite, Kawaii Ultra Softs and a few other pocket type diapers.

I also want to add some cottom, bamboo and hemp inserts so I can have some natural inserts to go against babies skin, if needed. Any suggestion on those?

 Thanks in advance!!

  • They are my favorite inserts (and I have quite a collection - MF, blends, 3 layer bamboo, charcoal bamboo, hemp, minky, you name it I've tried it!). They're less bulky than  MF insert so better for layering , and they absorb a lot in my experience. M
