I have this one. I personally have tried an InStep with a fixed wheel and it was so hard to turn. I just didn't like it. This one, the Instep Grand Safari has a swivel wheel but you can lock it for jogging. It turns on a dime and has shocks. I love it and it's fairly inexpensive.
