Our new scale! Funny....

SO bought a new scale and it is very accurate. However, it tells you what your weight is each time extremely loudly. We can't figure out how to turn it down, off or if we can even do either of those. Of course we haven't looked at the instructions because SO is a manly man and doesn't need them. He said he would figure it out but hasn't. I guess I'll be reading the instructions today because being yelled a weight you don't want to hear first thing in the morning is not so great!

ETA: I had to email the company because the instructions have no details about the volume, aaahhh. Haha!

That's an awesome motivating tactic

This reminds me of a joke that all fridges should be equipped with a camera and access to the internet. So each time you open the fridge at 11pm reaching for those Chinese leftovers it will snap a photo and post it on Facebook.
