prolly a silly question...

Ok I know that the belly button will "pop" out at a certain point in pregnancy. For those who have children or who would know this answer, at what point after birth does the belly button go back in (if you were an innie to begin with)? Does it look the same after? I know this is a silly question, but I was looking at mine today and was just wondering (I have too much free time I think)... Smile

    with DD I never had my innie turn outie.  It just got flat.  I think it probably depends on each person, weight gain, etc.

    Yours might not pop at all. Mine didn't with my first pregnancy, and hasn't yet this time either, but it did get shallower and still looked different after giving birth.

    Interesting... You can try asking the 0-3 or 3-6 month boards also.

    Mine never became an outie..it just got flat. As soon as I thought to check it out after DD was born, it was back to normal. :)

    Mine never popped out, just spread flat.  and it went back to normal as my stomach shrank.  I don't have an exact timeline, but I'm thinking a few months.
