DS is disturbed when peeing

in Toddlers: 24 Months+

DS went for his 3 year check-up this morning and the doctor checked him out down there by pulling his foreskin back a bit. Ever since we came home from the visit, DS is very upset when peeing. He's gone a few times and screams every time. I left a msg for the doctor and waiting for a call back. No fever or any other sign of infection.

Anyone have this happen? Advice?

    All I can think of is that that the foreskin wasn't ready to retract naturally and he tore the skin a bit. I would be pretty pissed if ds' pedi did that because I thought it was recommended to wait until the child has retracted the foreskin on their own.
