So I typically lay on my back in the am and pm when in bed to wait for LO to give me a few kicks. This am, as I was laying here, I could feel and see a steady pulsing of my stomach. I have an anterior placenta could it be that?
One of my good friends had the same thing when she was pregnant. She was feeling it when they did the ultrasound and the docs said the baby was pushing the umbilical cord against the side of the womb. She said it also kind of felt like a twitching/muscle spasm when this happened, but that it only lasted for a few minutes at a time.
My stomach pulsed before I got pregnant and it's continued in the pregnancy. I don't have an anterior placenta either. I think it's just one of the strange things our bodies do.
Re: Stomach pulsing?
Yup, it's just your pulse. I've had that for a couple of months which makes it hard for DH to see movements unless there's a good strong one.
