Pregnant?

I was suppose to start my period either Sunday or Tuesday but I haven't started yet. This is very unusual since I am always right on time. I took a home pregnancy test Thursday and it was positive! I took another one this morning and its negative. Both times I took them it was first thing in the morning. Could I be pregnant? I really don't have any pregnancy symptoms other than no period. Please help any advice is much appreciated. I am going to take another test Monday morning if I don't start before then. Also I will be making an appointment with my doctor too.

    Not sure why you would think we would know better than you if you were pregnant....

    I would take another test in the AM....if its negative I would assume you are not pregnant.  When you took the test (positive result) did it show positive right away or did you look at it after the 10 minute mark??

    There is no way for us to tell. Go to the doctor if you actually want a real answer.

    Was the positive a blue dye?

    If your test this morning was negative, then I say you're not pregnant. Could have been a chemical pregnancy and you should start AF soon.

    Keep testing. When I was pregnant I got just as many positives as I got negatives. I was pregnant and carried to term.

    No one on here can tell you that you are pregnant, just keep testing. I wouldn't call your doctor until your cycle has lasted longer than 60 days or if you get another positive, to schedule your 8 week appt.

    Test again tomorrow morning with FMU and use a digital test (pink dye, not blue dye). If it's positive, that's when I would call the doctor.

    I meant to ask if that had happened to anyone else.
    I used a digital pregnancy test both times. And the first time positive the result came quickly but the second time negative the result came not so quick but within the 3 minute time period they said it would.
    Sorry my post came out wrong. I was trying to ask if anyone else had positive and negative test results. This is my first time to ever take a pregnancy test so I have no idea. :
