Hey ladies. I'm a ftm and am seeking advice/suggestions. When we went to our 4 month appointment the doctor expressed concerns about baby's head being some what flat in the back, and possibly having to get a helmet when she's 6 months old if it has not rounded out. We really do not want to have to get a helmet. We have been putting her on her side to sleep during the day and also doing tummy time. The previous daycare we had her at gave her zero tummy time and kept her on her back against our requests. We have asked the daycare we are currently at to keep her off her back to help shape her head. I am wondering if we should get something like a noggin nest to help for when she sleeps right now she is in a rock n play sleeper. I am wondering if any of you ladies have advice or suggestions. TIA!
Re: Help. Need some advice
When my LO slept in a rock n play I put a boppy noggin nest between the cover and the hard plastic. There are stretches you can do with them to get there muscles used to move in both ways. I saw an article the other day.

My son wasn't on his back unless he was sleeping. We did tummy time, exersaucer, side time, sitting propped, etc. He's home with his Grandma all day so she just does whatever I tell her. :-/
