Xp: psoriasis

Anyone have a LO with it?  I think DS might.  On his big toe on both feet a tiny little black spot showed up under his nail.  It just appeared in the past couple days.  After looking online it says this is a symptom of psoriasis.  Just wondering if anyone has any first hand experience.

I have a mild case on my scalp. Generally, it's marked by large red patches with white, itchy scales. I'd tell you to check google images, but some of them are pretty gross. I've never heard of it causing black spots under nails, but I'm not a doctor either. I'd give it a week. If they don't clear up, get it checked out. If that is what it is, usually a topical shampoo/lotion will help.
