Restaurants near Kaiser Roseville/Good thoughts needed

Gabby has an appointment with a specialist in the 1600 Eureka Road offices tomorrow and I was wondering if there was any kind of restaurants right near there.  Something like a Chili's or Applebees or even Dennys that we can go to. 

Also, how bad is traffic?  We are coming from Stockton taking 99.  Her appointment is at 10am so I'm hoping to leave by 8am.

    I know, from experience, that traffic almost comes to a stop between Elk Grove and Downtown (even after 8am)...but far as beyond that, I'm not sure...but I would guess that if you left at 8, you should get there in time...as far as restaurants, I'm clueless...

    What is Gab being seen for?  Hope she's ok!  Sending well wishes your way...

    I hope everything is okay!   I can't comment on the traffic but there are a lot of restaurants near there...you'll pass a few on your way to the appt.  In edition to what Julie mentioned, there's also the Squeeze Inn (which is right near Denny's) at Douglas and Sunrise.  There's a Ruby Tuesday (in fact, there's several restaurants in that plaza), Fresh Choice, Macaroni Grill, Strings, Panera, etc.    And of course all kinds of fast food: sonic, panda express, Jack in the Box, Del Taco, Subway, etc. 

    Douglas and Eureka intersect right at Kaiser so I don't think you'll have any problem finding a place to eat.

    I'm not too familiar with Roseville restaurants, but I wanted to say that I hope the appointment goes well!
