Flats fail

I love my flats and prefer them to all of my other diapers...I usually do an origami fold with blueberry cover.  Today she pooped out of it! Oozing out the top and it seems to be coming out of the folds of the flat.  What did I do wrong? This rivaled my blowouts with sposies!

Haha. I totally had this happen with DD2 two weeks ago. I had to switch to the jelly roll fold. It has managed to keep her majorly explosive poos inside a little better. HTH
