Hi guys,
We've been CD LO for 3 months now (since birth) and have seem momma cloth mentioned on a lot of CD boards.
When I first heard of it I thought "absolutely not", similarly to how I thought of CD the first time my SIL mentioned it. But again, similarly to CD, the more I think of it, the more curious I get. Now both DH and I love CD, and I have developed an unhealthy (for our bank account) addiction to cute fluff.
So please, tell me about momma cloth. Any recommended vendors (I'm not handy enough to make my own)? Is it possible with a very heavy period? How do you manage when out of the house? Do you carry a wet bag similar to with CD (that wouldn't really be possible at work)? Do you have enough supplies for the course of your period, or do you have to wash them each day? Do you machine wash (doesn't seem like it would make up a load or do you put them in with other items)?
Any other comments would be welcomed. I have so many questions.
Thanks,
J
