XP: First u/s today

This afternoon I had my first u/s and everything looked good. Baby's heart was beating and it elicited one big, fat tear from me!

 Heart beat is about 100 bpm, and the NP said that was fine this early on. I measured at 6w1d based on FF I thought I was 6w3d, but its no big deal. 

I go in to meet with the OB for the first time in 2 weeks. I feel like I'm further inching my way towards optimism!  

I know a couple other ladies had appointments/an u/s today. How did those go?

I had mine yesterday. Heart beat was 120 bpm. I measured 6 weeks exact. I thought I was from my calculations 7 weeks and 2 days! Like you said no big deal! My midwife said it could change too at the 12 week appt.

Glad yours went well!

I had mine.. Thought I was roughly 8w, but measured at 6w3d, so I'm going back in 2 weeks for another u/s, but we were able to see the little peanut and see the sweet little flicker of a heartbeat.. So in love already!

Add me to the list of ladies who thought I was further along than I am! Based on the date of my miscarriage in March, I was estimated to be about 7w but the baby measured 5w6d today with a hb of 107 bpm.

I always think it's good to measure a little behind. That way your baby has more time to stay in before anyone mentions induction!

No u/s, but first ob. All is well. My due date is the same and I go back in a few weeks or heart beat. Calling to set up my u/s tomorrow

Congrats!! It's an amazing experience for sure! Had our 2nd ultrasound today... exactly 8 weeks, beating 163 bpm. SO relieved.

I had my first u/s today too! Thought I was 7w2d but measured at 6w exact. 109bpm and going back on may 8 for a second u/s. Yay for the flicker and super pumped about another u/s!!!
