Safe Acne Meds?

I just started to breakout and being cystic prone, I know this is gonna be a doozy.  Does anyone know of any safe-to-use acne spot treatments?  I know anything with salicylic is a no-no.  Any ideas would be appreciated!

    I would call your dermatologist and your OB. And call both of them, because some meds my derm gave me to take ended up being a Cat. C.

    Unfortunately, you might have to deal. You could put rubbing alcohol with a Q-tip, or maybe witch hazel, but that never works for me. Some people swear by rubbing ice on their face for 5-10 minutes a day (you can freeze water in a Dixie cup and then te

    I have cystic acne as well (I had it before being pregnant) the only thing that really clears it up for me is antibiotics or birth control, obviously neither of those are okay for pregnancy.

    I have been having horrible breakouts too...I bought a thing of Cetaphil and an exfoliating scrubby and it seems to help a little.

    I suggest a clay mask, Like french green clay, or bentonite clay. It helps draw the moisture out of the acne. But you can always just check and see what your doctor reccomends, they should have a recomendation
