My DS turned 1 about a week ago and he is now refusing foods that he loved before. It's really weird. One time I give him something for instance diced carrots he refuses to eat them and then the next time he acts like he loves them. He's never been a really big meat eater but has always loved fruit and veggies. Has anyone else ever experienced anything like this? I do try to give him several different things but no junk. It's very frustrating and i'm not sure how to handle the situation. HELP!

Totally normal! It's unfortunately a phase they all seem to go through. It's partly about them trying to make their own decisions. And I know my DD seems to be worse when she is teething. I do think some food hurts more than others to eat when he
