I crave lunch meat! There hasn't been a listeria outbreak since 2004 with lunch meat I think it was. Just make sure any food meats, cheeses are all processed.

Eh, it's fine. You're just as likely to get listeria from a healthy homemade salad as you are from Subway. Maybe even less likely from Subway, since their turnover on meat is so high.
Everything in moderation. They say this because of unpastorized foods. Things are more carefully prepared now. Not to say go crazy and only eat subs. As with anything consult your doc but mine always said that here and there is fine. Nothing to worry abou

Listeria infections aren't particularly common, it's just that they are very risky for the developing fetus.
