Picky 20 month old eater

I have an extremely picky 20 month old. I worry he is not getting enough nutrients but he refuses almost everything. Is this just a phase??

DS is the same way, but we're actually starting to have minor success. He was down to eating yogurt, peanut butter and bread. We finally decided to stop giving in recently. People always say they won't starve themselves, and I decided that was true.
