i need help with sleep

DD is 20 mths old and is a nursing addict, we co-sleep without much sleep. She is a restless sleeper and gets up 8 to 10 times a night from 10 minutes to sometimes an hour at a time. I am on the verge of falling over and DH is no help. He doesn't get it. I have been trying to night wean her with no luck. I hate the idea of having to let her cry but I am so tired I cannot think of any other options. Can anyone offer anything that might help us.

  • Have you tried No Cry Sleep Solution? Its kind of... taking the long way round, if you know what I mean... not a quick fix at all, but it pretty much saved us.

DD used to wake up, talk to herself for a moment or moan in her sleep, and then fall
