Prenatal Classes

I was just curious if anyone has found prenatal workout classes in the O fallon, St. Charles, or St. Peters area.  I'm 17 weeks pregnant and stay moderately active but am looking for actual prenatal classes at a gym.  I've looked on golds gym, YMCA, and the Rec-Plex webpages for specific prenatal classes but didn't see any listed.  Just wondering if there are good quality classes out there that are not listed on the net.  Any suggestions would be helpful :) Thanks!

    I just attended regular fitness classes, let the instructor know I was pregnant in case she had suggested modifications, and listened to my body!

    Not sure if you're still interested but after much searching, a friend finally found https://www.janeshousestudio.com/ and they offer prenatal yoga. It's located on First Capital in St. Charles. There are 6 weeks sessions on Tuesday evenings or Wednesday morning. The Tuesday session starts tonight so it will be my first try with this particular studio.
