Teething Question

For mamas whose LO's have already cut teeth...Do the bottom two teeth normally come in at the same time or at least close together?  DS got his first bottom tooth almost a week ago now but he's still really fussy, drooling, biting on his hands etc.  All of my friends keep telling me it's probably tooth #2 coming through but other then the symptoms I mentioned above I can't physically see or feel a second tooth.  So I guess what I'm asking is how long was it between tooth #1 and #2 or did they come through together?

With teeth there aren't any rules. DD's first two, bottom center, came in within a week of each other. Teeth number 3 and 4 were molars...WTF...and they had about 4w between each side.

No rules with teeth.

Ds bottom two came in a few weeks apart. Not all of them have come in as matched sets and he's not gotten them in the typical order.

Look for swollen gums and white lines just under the gums.
