Do you track your daily calcium?

Preggo round two and I don't remember doing this the first time. Doctor said  1300 a day and just curious if anyone is actually tracking this info.

Re: Do you track your daily calcium?

  • I take a calcium supplement and also drink at least 1 cup of milk a day.  I take Critical with Vitamin D (1000 mgs total)

  • I take a prenatal. Also, calcium chews with breakfast and lunch. Your individual calcium needs may vary. My doctor didn't mention calcium to me specifically, but I've been taking the chews long before I was pregnant.

  • Nope, just taking prenatals. I also avoid dairy as much as possible so I try to make sure I am getting it somehow like almond milk, kale, beans, almonds. I am not tracking the overall number though. My doctor hasn't said anything about it.
