I take a prenatal. Also, calcium chews with breakfast and lunch. Your individual calcium needs may vary. My doctor didn't mention calcium to me specifically, but I've been taking the chews long before I was pregnant.
Nope, just taking prenatals. I also avoid dairy as much as possible so I try to make sure I am getting it somehow like almond milk, kale, beans, almonds. I am not tracking the overall number though. My doctor hasn't said anything about it.
