NICU Roller Coaster

I knew everything was going to well. Yesterday they did an ultrasound of Lucas's brain and the found an level 2 ivh, they doctor did say it was going away but they are going to have to keep a watch over him for the next 4 weeks. Also he had 15 A'S and B's yesterday, which he normally would only have 1 or 2 for the whole day. And the last thing is that he had one aspirate after the they added more to his feedings. This is such a roller coaster ride and I want to get off.

 

He also has pooped in almost a week.

The A's and B's was the worst for us. My youngest had a horrible time just out growing them. Just wanted to let you know we are thinking of you and your LO.

Prayers! It is a rough ride and sometimes it feels like all the bumps come at once! I pray things even out soon.
