I have officially met with all the OBs in my office group. They are all very on board for my natural birth of twins. I was worried because I know some places *can* be very weight unfriendly and multiple unfriendly. They also cleared up some of my questions from the hospital packet.

My "natural birth" rules:

1. I will be required to PUSH in the OR, but can chill in a birthing suite until then (this was a concern because the paperwork indicated that I would be put in the OR immediately... slight mis-interpretation on my end. It stated I *could* be transferred there immediately.)
2. I only need twin A to be head down. twin B can be bigger and breech...
3. I will not be able to hold twin A before twin b is born if twin b has entered the birth canal
4. I will be allowed to hold the twins (if they don't require immediate NICU attention) before the transfer, but not during the transfer.

 

This makes me very happy. and they will let me put on a soft sleep mask if the OR lights start to give me a migraine.
