Coach "C"s on bag: totally random

This is a TOTALLY random post, but what do people think about cloth Coach bags that have the "C"s all over them?  Is this tacky or nice?  I have an opportunity to buy a really nice Coach diaper bag for my pregnant SIL, and it's cloth and has the "C"s all over it, and I'm trying to figure out if that's too ostentatious.  Thoughts?

I am at the total opposite end of the fashion spectrum, but I'm pretty sure my SIL would love something like that. I think it really depends on the person. Could you ask one of her good friends?
