Body oil stains on sheets

DH bought some great, soft, wonderful new sheets, but he sweats a ton at night and unless he showers right before bed, he is awfully greasy.  (That sounds so gross, I promise he has good hygiene!)  I was folding laundry today and noticed stains on his pillow case and an odd texture to part of the sheet with some dark staining.  I can only imagine that it's body oils.  How do you get these kind of stains out?  I don't want our new sheets to be ruined and I've never noticed this on our old sheets.

We have this problem too and my parents also had this problem with my father. I'm interested to see responses.

DH has that, but probably not as bad.  I usually can tell his pillow case from mine though.  We have dark sheets so it is really not an issue.

I don't have this specific problem, but in general blue dawn dish soap is good for oil and build up. You can spot treat and let it sit an hour or so, or you can put a tiny bit in the machine with the wash. A tiny, tiny bit or it will bubble like crazy.

I was going to suggest Dawn, or sprinkle baby powder on the oily spot before washing and let it sit for a bit.  The powder will absorb the oil, my grandma did this for years (and now I do if I get an oil/grease spot on my clothing).
