Carpal tunnel

I woke up this morning with carpal tunnel syndrome in my left wrist. It's so sore and achy and has begun creeping up my arm now. I hope it goes away soon. I'm going to wrap it in an ace bandage when I get home and hope it helps. Maybe I just slept on it. Anyone else have this ?

I have previous wrist issues, but CP is causing problems now as well. They suggest sleeping in a brace or a splint to keep it in one position.

I got carpal tunnel in both my wrists while pregnant with my first child. I had to wear braces on both hands because it got so bad.Sitting on the couch with the laptop was not good for me and made it worse which was part of my problem.

I've been having it up and down my entire right arm/shoulder.... It sucks. But at least it's not forever! My dr said that there can be more swelling around the nerves that can cause it.

I had it and it was horrible so I feel your pain. If it gets that bad where you are not sleeping I had the option to get a cortisone shot but it will take a couple weeks to take affect . I was two three weeks from my due date and decided to forget it. The
