FSH results

Question regarding the FSH Test and results.  I have been been experiencing random bleeding.  In January seemed to have issues every week and in February it was every two weeks.  Doc ran blood work and FSH result was a 10.  No clue where I was at in my cycle.  She said that was an expected number for my age.  I am 39.  Anyone know if that is a Good expected number or a Bad expected number?

I've heard 10 and under is "good". I think it's supposed to be measured on day 3 of your cycle though for accuracy

Thanks!  Since I have been bleeding every week to two weeks I have no clue when it is the beginning of my cycle.  Going for more test so hopefully will get some answers.
