Lump over incision

I recently noticed I have a lump over my incision. It's hard and it hurts. This is my second c/s but with the first I never experienced so I'm just wondering if anyone has had this happen. I already had my 6wk check up but if I have to call the dr and go in again I will.

The nurse told me if it's hard and feels like a marble under the skin to call right away.

The hurting part would worry me. I have a small lump that my doctor said was scar tissue but it doesn't hurt.
