Start of Ear infection — The Bump

Start of Ear infection

Luckily, we caught DS ear infection at the beginning stages. He started the amoxicillian yesterday and seems to be returning back to normal. I don't want to push it but how long is recommended to wait before you have them around other Lo's?

     24 hours of a fever (I don't know if you guys had one) 

    And as long as they look and seem to feel healthy and energized.  Without a lot of outward symptoms of other kinds like a runny nose or coughing.

  • Ear infections are not contagious. If he had a cold that preceded the ear infection, then I'd wait until his symptoms are mostly clear.
