Newb "should I call" question

I'm about 20.5 weeks pg with mo-di twins. I've had a baby before, so you would think that I would know, but I don't. I think I'm having bh contractions, fairly frequently. I'm also having some shortness of breath, but nothing crazy. No swelling, I just took my bp and it was 95/65. So, should I call the dr? Of course it's after 5 on a Friday too. This started after dh and I had sex last night.

    I was contracting every five minutes, but with rest on my side they slowed down. I'm on pelvic rest and modified bedrest for the time being.
